DOSAGE IS THE KEY
Dosage is the key. To be stressed out became quite the norm. Actual or perceived tensions- wether at work or in private surroundings- it should not become permanent. What‘s important, is that stress factors have enough positive energy resources to compensate. In addition, it is advisable to have a good time management for yourself.
Does positive stress exist?
Many have the opinion that stress is always something negative. As well as the so called eustress, it can cause an excessive demand. For instance: You have won the lottery. Being overjoyed about this you can‘t even catch your breath. You collaps and have a heart attack.
Much more we differentiate between the stress that comes from the outside and stress that comes from the inside. We search for an appropriate balance for the pressure to perform everyday, you want to escape it. More and more people are reducing stress with sports. In my opinion, this is not necessarily a tried and tested magic bullet. All of the sudden many people do not have enough time for other important things in life. The family can be neglected and also time management puts you under more pressure.
You also have to understand that every other human being reacts different to stress. What one achieves through a balance in his private life, appears to the other like an unmanageable problem that keeps him awake at night. Thus it is very important to show people how to deal with stress and how to react properly so that it won’t affect your health.

Through my years of experience as a stress- and mental coach I have learned many methods and techniques, used and improved them successfully.
